Membership Agreement

All Member Status

Credit cards are stored on file for automatic payments every six weeks on the day you sign up. Starting a new membership involves a three-payment commitment before memberships transition to a monthly billing cycle.

Freezing Payments (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond Membership)

Members are permitted to freeze payments up to two weeks after the due date, and this can be done three times within the year. The full amount will be expected after the freezing period, and if left unpaid, an additional charge will be applied. Freezing payments will not change the following billing date. The initial freeze is free of charge. However, for the second and third instances, an additional fee of 50% of the service hour will apply.

Members above silver status are able to freeze payments up to two weeks. During the first week, there is no charge. However, in the second week, an additional fee of $30 will be applied and will be charged in the following week. Members are allowed to freeze payments three times within the year and the following billing date does not change if you decide to freeze your payment. Lastly you must wait thirty days before being able to freeze again.

Late Fee

Late fees result in a $25 charge. You will have until the end of the first week to make a payment; otherwise, an additional $50 will be added. If there is no payment collected by the third week, your membership, along with any earned points, will be terminated and you will not be able to book an appointment until the the late fees are paid in full. You will be eligible to become a member again 90 days after the date of the paid late fees.

Cancelling Memberships

For all memberships above the silver status, you will be able to cancel after three consecutive payments, and you will be billed on a month-to-month basis. Clientele must give a week notice when cancelling. If a cancellation notice is given in less than a week you will still be charged. Memberships that cancel after a payment has been processed will not receive a refund. To rejoin after canceling there is a ninety-day waiting period starting from the cancellation date.
